Job description

Our client is seeking motivated, community-oriented professionals to join their growing team as Worksite Benefits Advisors. This role offers the opportunity to build a meaningful long-term career while helping individuals and families protect themselves from unexpected financial hardship.

As a Worksite Benefits Advisor, you will meet directly with employees through established employer partnerships in your local community, guiding them through supplemental health and life insurance options that provide protection against accidents, critical illness, hospital stays, and other unforeseen events.

This is a relationship-driven, face-to-face role built around existing enrollment opportunities — not cold calling or selling to friends and family. Advisors are supported through hands-on training, proven systems, and ongoing mentorship designed to help them succeed in a performance-based environment.

The position offers significant income and leadership growth potential for individuals who are disciplined, coachable, and motivated to take ownership of their success. This is an opportunity to build a career with flexibility, purpose, and long-term upside while making a real impact in the community.

What makes this role unique?

  • This opportunity combines the freedom and earning potential of an entrepreneurial career with the structure and support often missing from traditional commission-based roles.

  • Rather than relying on cold outreach or personal networks, Worksite Benefits Advisors meet with employees through established employer relationships and scheduled enrollment opportunities already in place. Advisors focus on educating and helping individuals make informed decisions about coverage that can genuinely improve financial security for their families.

  • The organization provides a clear path for growth through training, mentorship, and a proven process that rewards consistency and personal accountability. Advisors who are willing to learn the business, stay disciplined, and maintain strong activity levels have the opportunity to create substantial long-term income and leadership opportunities.

  • This role is ideal for individuals who want more control over their schedule, financial future, and career growth while doing work that directly benefits others.

  • Participate in training, coaching, and development programs designed to support professional growth

  • Manage your schedule, appointments, and daily activity independently

  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the enrollment process

  • Work toward individual production goals and advancement opportunities within the organization

The ideal candidate

  • Enjoys working directly with people and building relationships within the local community
